The security suite is free with 3 MB service in all markets and with 384 service in GA, LA, and AL. Markets in other areas with 384 service the suite would have to be purchased at $5 per month for 3 keys.

The CHSSS is part of the HSI package.

Once you disconnect service, the subscription for that product ends.

All security keys are disabled, updates are disabled and the CHSSS product will not function.

If you log in to you member services account at update.charter.com, click on security suite on the left hand side, then scroll down the page there is a list of active security keys there.

The features were added in version 5.5 of the suite most likely you are still running version 4.6 or 5.0. These features can be added by either calling the VAS team to replace your existing subscription keys(if you have activated them all), or by activating a new key and entering it into the suite.

Entering a new subscription key:

Open the main interface.

click on advanced in the lower right corner.

click the + next to "general" on the far left to expand this section.

click on "My Security Subscription" on the left.

click on "Change Number" on the right.

Enter new key, and follow prompts.
