Charter's news service is outsourced to a company called Highwinds Media Group. Charter's support for news only includes your being able to connect/read/post. For speed related issues, it would be best to contact Highwinds directly. Phone support can be reached at (866) 668-7119, or their homepage is available here http://www.highwinds.com/.
