Star (*) commands may be used remotely if you have accessed your TBB line via the Remote Phone feature (either via Local Access Numbers or with MyTBB Portal Access).
Once you have a dial tone, you are (for all intents and purposes) physically at your TBB line, and all star (*) commands work as such.
Using this method you may Remotely set Call Forwarding (*72/*72), check your voice mail (*98), use SpeedDial (75, *3xx), or any other function that you would use the Star (*) commands for from your TBB line.
