2.6 WindowsOS installation guide by mlitd To disable it, go to your control panel, double click on System, select the Advanced tab, select Startup And Recovery, and under System Failure, uncheck "Automatically Reboot". This can cause a lot of confusion. What this does is, instead of displaying a BSOD(Blue screen of death), it will automatically reboot your computer. It is always best to disable that option, for troubleshooting purposes. If you are still having problems turning it off, here is a video I made to help you
