Yes! Rebate! Rebate! is a freeware (formerly $14.99) Windows-based program you can use to track your rebate mailings. You've probably experienced the frustration of trying to track rebates manually, or worse yet, not tracking your rebates at all and just hoping that you'll receive the money you're due.
