No.
It has been this way since Netscape 3. Your profile will be there. I had my old Netscape 4 profile detected by Netscape 7 even though I had uninstalled Netscape 4 three years ago. I uninstalled Netscape 7 and Mozilla 1.1 picked it up. I uninstalled Mozilla 1.1 and Mozilla 1.2 picked my profile up.

Due to differences in the way browsers interpret and translate HTML code, and different types of proprietary code interpreted only by specific browsers, pages may be rendered differently on your screen. Some pages may appear identically on different browsers, some may render with minor differences, and other pages may have major problems or not work at all.

It is often a good idea to have more than one browser installed on your computer in case something like this happens. You may want to consider contacting the webmaster of the site in question. If they receive enough requests from Mozilla users, they could be inclined to make changes to the site so it renders properly in Mozilla (and perhaps other browsers).

BBR uses a separate server to load images. In Mozilla go to File > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Images > check Accept All Images. Close browser and reopen.
