Walk inside this place and you'll think you're in Outback Steakhouse. The layout and seating is exactly the same, but this restaurant doesn't have all that corny Australian memorabilia on the wall (corny American memorabilia instead ;) ).

Food is on par with Outback and offers many of the same entrees, appetizers, and sides. Service is friendly and quick, but it is best to call ahead for seating on Friday nights and weekends, as a large crowd tends to gather (Staten Island doesn't have that many steakhouses to begin with).

I strongly recommend starting off with cheese fries and their version of the "Bloomin' Onion" and following with either the aged steaks or the bacon-wrapped filet mignon as the entree.

Prices are lower than most Outbacks I've been too and it all tastes about the same. If you like Outback, you'll love Boulder Creek and if you don't like Outback, well, give Boulder Creek a shot.
