Here is what they reckon you can do : Download 924mb on there speed shaping in less than 1.5 days. Then they want to charge you for it on your next account. Then they have the audacity to wonder why there customers want to leave. NEVER NEVER go with bigpond for your internet provider, do yourself a favour and just look for a far better company and plan.
