In order to optimize the performance of your Windows system, you should only run Windows services that are the essential components of the software or hardware you use. By running services that are not required on your PC, you can cause your PC to crash by overloading the system with tasks to be completed. This can be avoided by disabling services for the programs you do NOT use.
