• Check if there’s SAP/MTS button on the original TV remote. If there is, press it once. If none, press the menu button on the TV itself. A menu should pop up and check for the setting like SAP/MTS/mono/main/stereo. Choose any of these until there’s a sound.

• If you have a home theater system, turn it on. It’s possible that the system is controlling the volume.
