7.0 SBC Express CD
Be sure to have a copy of your Windows CD before attempting to install your equipment. If you plan on not using the Kingston NIC, then you don't need the CD at all since the Speedstream 5260/5262 and Westell Wirespeed uses firmware. If you plan on using the Kingston NIC, check the device manager for the "Kingston ethernet" adapter in the "Network Adapters" section or "PCI Ethernet Controller" in the "Other Devices" section. If it has a red cross or yellow splat on it, highlight the adapter, click "remove", click "close", and reboot the PC. The Add New Hardware Wizard will start, choose "search for the best driver", choose "CD-ROM" or "Removable Media" for location, insert the SBC Express CD, click "Next". If it cannot find the drivers on the SBC Express CD, be sure to check the path it is searching and verify it points to the CD-ROM drive. Insert your Windows CD if it asks for it. If it says "File being copied is older than file on system, do you want to keep the existing file?", click on "Yes to all". Reboot PC. If you are installing the 4060 modem, check the device manager for the "4060" adapter in the "Network Adapters" section or "USB device" in the "Other Devices" section.
