This forum is dedicated to helping folks get help. It is different from the Security forum .... When following the Posting Rules for starting a new topic...you allow for others to assist you in cleaning your computer. By eliminating the "pre-clean" requirements ...the helpers are able to tackle the root of your problem. This may seem like work...and it is! For both yourself and those who help you. But the satisfaction of knowing you've brought yourself to a level where the assistance is addressing the direct problem...that's paramount to the "cure".
