After creating an account for SETI@Home, navigate to our team's page and click on the "Join this team" link. If that link does not appear, make sure you are logged in to the Berkeley site. You can log in here.

The link can be found here. Currently we are 6th in the world, and moving up in the ranks quickly.

This is the number of WU's we've completed:

For current position in the world, you can go to this page and see us moving up the ranks, or you can use Seti Team, listed in the Addons section of the FAQ.

You can find other team members' stats here. The page is updated only once per day at about 6:30 am EST, so you won't see the most up-to-date team members' stats. To see one that is updated frequently throughout the day, go here.

The team was started by Kinguni. A lot of credit also goes to Klambert for hosting the forum, TravisB for the idea of running SETI, LasrX for suggesting we form a club, Team OCUK for bringing our spirits up after we passed them, and Justin for this entire site. The post that started it all can be found /dsldata/ubb/F···tml>here.

When you change your S@H username, it should not affect the stats on the BBR page, or the team queue. When you change you BBR username it should reclaim your SETI name in the stats with your new name for you.

"Back in the olden days of Team DSL Reports, there was a dream. A dream of a monster to rival the dreaded sardukar, errr ... I mean the dreaded Sofaking MONSTER. What it evolved into was the DSLR Monster. A SETI account for everyone to put their slower crunchers on to see if we could create such a powerful and deadly Monster as the world had ever seen. "

To crunch for the DSLR Monster account, You need to delete your user.sah (in all folders for seti driver, if you are using that to crunch), and the next time the seti box pops up it'll ask you to login. Choose already registered and put in the email address dslrmonster@mindspring.com

The point of the monster, is to have slow computers on it, so it has a terrible cpu time. Why? So the high processing times of those computers will not affect your own average CPU times.

Warning, if you haven't noticed already the monster is it's own SETI account. So if you put a computer on the monster, the monster's account will get the credit, not yours.
