by Greywolf Make sure you have installed the printer drivers as if the printer was connected directly to the printer. 1.Install the "PRTmate" software off of the Barricade CD-ROM. 2.Go to Control Panel and open up your Printers folder. Right click on your printer and select "Properties". 3.Select the details tab, under "Print to the following port" make sure "PRTmate" is selected. 4.Check the "Spool Settings" button to make sure that you have the "disable bi-directional support for this printer" box checked. If these options are grayed out please disregard this step. 5.Last, double check the "port settings" to see that the IP address set is the same as your Barricade (default:i92.168.123.254).
