In First Place receiving 43% and by a more than 2 to 1 margin above all others in our poll the runaway winner according to those who replied is Irfanview !

Second Place was the built in image viewer in the later builds of Windows.(19%)
ACDSee was the clear winner for those who actually paid for an application. (16%)
