As a laptop user with both a Home and Business Network configuration, I found NetSwitcher to be the easiest and most economical way to be able to access both systems with minimal effort on my part.
NetSwitcher is a multiple network configuration tool. NetSwitcher gives the user control over configurable network parameters for Windows. It presents them on one menu and allows the saving and restoring of those setups. Configurations are done through a simple, easy-to-use GUI which gives users the ability to control all facets of the connection they wish to connect with.
The current version (V3.3.7) is compatible with Win98, WinME, Windows 2000 Pro, and Windows XP Pro (32 and 64-bit editions) and Windows XP Home.
A Netswitcher license costs $19.95 U.S. It can be purchased from a secure online page or you can print an order form and fax it to the author. The site also provides a FAQ section for versions currently available. Product support can be obtained either by e-mailing the author or by viewing the Discussion Group located on Yahoo.

Startup CPL is Freeware.
Startup Control Panel is compatible with all modern versions of Windows, including Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, and XP.
Startup Control Panel is a nifty control panel applet that allows you to easily configure which programs run when your computer starts. It's simple to use and, like all my programs, is very small and won't burden your system. A valuable tool for system administrators!

Hands down one of the best free Windows Image Graphic Viewers available. It is chock-a-block with useful features.
• Over 50 supported image formats.
• Thumbnail previews.
• Print support.
• Drag/drop/copy/crop/paste. Makes sizing and cropping screen shots a breeze.
• File conversion.
• Much much more.
One of my favorite features is easy file association. How many times have you installed an application to find that is has grabbed all of the graphic file associations. IrfanView has a simple check box dialog easily reclaim those kidnapped associations.

Change the boot logo
When you start Windows XP, a full-screen picture with the Windows logo is shown. The bottom of this picture contains an animated progress bar.
