Qwest does have support information for the Mac OS X (as well as 8 & 9), it can be found here:

got feedback?
The Qwest Mac info is severely outdated. They list 10.3 as the latest they have info on. Apple is now up to 10.5.1, 5.2 by mid January.

Yes. Today I setup my Qwest DSL modem to work with my MacBook. Worked fine with both an ethernet and wireless signal. However, I have a "speed" problem at my home. I just had DSL installed about 2 days ago and on average, I'm only getting 1Mbps service although I'm supposed to have 16Mbps service. Qwest is coming out tomorrow to check my lines and if they don't get me up to near what I'm paying for, I'll continue my cable service. The only reason for the switch to DSL was to get the triple play offer (landline, internet and DirecTV). Right now it looks like I'll be downgrading to DirecTV and landline service only.
