At the present time, FiOS does not impose any hidden bandwidth caps, etc. However, the Verizon ToS stills stands [see this FAQ]. Also, using excessive net traffic may alert Verizon and monitor your line for somewhat "suspicious" activity.
As you may very well know, Trojan Horses, etc. that infect your machine can cause more damage "behind the scenes", which can in result use your net traffic for malicious content and acts.
If you believe there's any type of security intrusion on your computer(s), it's recommended your machine receives proper care immediately. You can start in the Security Forum, if necessary. And don't forget the Security FAQs as well.

'Verizon Fios Internet Service will use fiber-optic cable and associated electronics - instead of copper wires - to directly link residential and business customers to the Verizon network. Fiber-optic systems have been used in telecommunication networks for years, but primarily for long distance networks or for large business applications. But now the Verizon FiOS Internet Service Program that [Verizon is] beginning, first in Keller, will extend the capacity, speed, and quality of fiber-optics right to customers' homes and businesses.'
