Keep the discussions to things that directly relate to the Mediacom service Within Reason, We are supposed to be a help forum, where people go and ask for help when they are having problems. If you are dissatisfied with the company in general, or have plans to drive it out of business, then the Rants Raves and Praise forum is for you! If you're here to endlessly praise them and boost their stock, the Rants Raves and Praise forum is for you! If you have a general question and are not sure what forum it should go in to, go ahead and post here and send a moderator an Instant Message for assistance in getting it to where it should be.

Try to stay on topic within a thread. If you suddenly come up with a pressing question on another subject, start a new thread with it.

Do not start multiple threads for the same topic.
