[Hardware] Belkin N1 Internet constantly disconnects/reconnects

Hi guys. I recently replaced an older netgear router with a Belkin N1 Wireless router model number F5D8231-4. There was nothing wrong with the other router aside from a lack of range. Our signal is now stronger, however the internet now disconnects and reconnects constanly. While running AIM and Steam (a gaming program), I will see both sign off and back on. This is getting really annoying and didn't happen with the old router. Any ideas?

Belkin N+ SNTP issues

I bought a Belkin N+ Wireless F5D8235-4 V 2000 about 2 weeks ago. Everything seems fine with it except for 1 little issue that has been really bugging me (asides from the clueless tech support.) The SNTP disconnects me from games hourly. I play games like Aion, Exteel, and Perfect World. I've tried port forwarding, which doesn't work. I've also tried messing with a few of the security settings that the Belkin tech support thought might be causing the disconnects, but that also isn't the issue. Also, I'm up to date on firmware so that's not the issue either. I've come to the conclusion that it's the SNTP. Every time I change the primary and backup NTP servers, the specified time which I get disconnected changes. Yes, it's not hourly from the time I log in. It's hourly based on a certain time, which is :23 every hour for me at the moment. At first it was :43, and it changed a few times as I kept changing the NTP servers trying to see if it'd help. The hourly SNTP ping is what causes me to disconnect.
I've seen a few topics regarding similar problems. They figured out how to access some hidden admin page in the setup. Ive tried the links they posted but i'm guessing it wont work with my router because most of the topics were on Belkin N1 routers. If anyone has any idea of what I can do to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Belkin F5D7633-4 duplicate administrator, file not found

Hi All !

Can anyone explain what this message means when I log onto my Belkin router?
duplicate administrator, file not found

I just have to reselect the option I wanted to work on and the everything progesses as normal. A hardware reset does *not* get rid of this problem.

Thanks, Roy

[Help] two wireless belkin routers on the same network

does anyone have two belkin wireless routers on the same network? I was wondering how to set it up. They say the second router should be set up as an access point. Before I hooked up the second router, I had the first one with a SSID named joes123. should I name the second (access) SSID joes123 or something else? I wasn't sure so I named the acess point 123joes and when I look at the wireless network I see both names. Can you tell me what is the best way of doing this.

Belkin N+ Router: Modem + Internet Lights Flashing Orange

I recently bought a Belkin N+ router to connect to the Arris modem provided by Comcast. The modem itself is definitely connect to the internet; I have plugged the Ethernet cable directly into my computer and connected to the internet. And for a while, the connection was transferred to my router and wireless network. It worked for a few days, but then something happened and these two lights, the 'Modem' light and 'Internet' light, began to flash. Now I can no longer connect to the network, and, through the router, cannot access the internet. What gives?
