Can someone remind me what the sun looks like? Outside my window I see rain falling -surprise surprise. 4.25 inches of rain has fallen in Worcester this month. That's a record amount and it's only the 21st. The word rain is in the forecast for all the remaining days of June.
What do you think? Will the month end with 5 inches of rain?

Have the EPN folks sent this rain in retaliation for the snow we gave them last winter?

* a sales-tax exemption on alcohol sold in retail stores will be eliminated
* Municipalities will also be allowed to raise the local hotel tax by 2 percentage points
