| | Good Connection - Terrible Record keeping
The technical side of the connection works fine. Bridgeband is expensive but I'm willing to pay more for something that tends to stay up. My problem is I had to remind them to send me invoices for the service. After 3 months I had to call them several times in order to get an invoice. Now I get an invoice each time somebody 'seems' to remember to send one. Which would be okay except for the letters that threaten to cut off my connection if I don't pay (for an invoice I never received).Even WorldCom knew enough to send out invoices each month... |
