 | Anon | So far, So good I called to hook up service at my new address in the DTC area...they were able to offer me a 1 year contract at $59/month for 416/416...also, they are having a promo this month that provides a rebate for the $250 connect fee. Also, the are having $100 off the equipment fee of $229. So, we'll see if all this pans out...they told me 4-6 weeks. | |

I guess their policy is to call their customer's liars.
Anyway, they told me if they couldn't get me up to 416 they would cut my monthly rate down.

I am pretty upset. I wish I could get cable.

Its not their fault you live too far from the CO. *sigh* Give it some time, technology continues to advance, maybe one day soon there will be higher bandwidth at farther distances. Just be glad you aren't using a modem to connect. | |
