Of course I'm not an average user. I never call tech support (I'm training to be tech support. I hear you), I have a few years of networking under my belt, and I'm getting this service for free with my training. I have no idea how good support is. Since I switched over from Telus, I didn't even have to deal with installation. My only contact with the company was one call with tech support, and they called me!
Not that I had many problems with Telus. My only gripe was that they expected me to pay money. Since, network-wise, Interbaun is simply reselling Telus's service, I didn't expect much to change, and it didn't.
I wish I had something juciy to share, but all I got is: it just works. |
