Despite the review posted by the apparently satisfied customer, my attempts to contact them were met with generic form letter type responses. Possibly from an auto-responder system.
Yep! Their prices are low. And for good reason! Phone support only 6 days a week. Lousy uptime. E-mailed questions never get responses. Poor security (E-mail passwords were stolen) Disorganization Horrible support.
