I have not read any other comments about this company, so I am completely unbiased. I am going strictly by our experience with Phoenix Internet, and it has been absolutely great. I have no complaints whatsoever. They have accommodated us in every way, from checking up regularly to instant technical support.
We had one 15 minute lapse---once---and I had technical support on the line in minutes, who confirmed it. It was back up within minutes and there is been no record of downtime since. We have about 30 employees on the line at various times of the day, and no one has reported any problems. This is exactly what I want---to hook it up and forget about it, and hats off the Phoenix for making it that way.
We have a T1 though another ISP, and I wish I would have known about Phoenix before we went into that contract. As soon as it is up, we will be calling Phoenix.
Perhaps you might be able to find cheaper prices elsewhere, I don't know, but I doubt you'll get the service and reliability. All I can say is that I have had no reason to look elsewhere. I give them a 10.
| | | PHX Internet has a nasty contract
First off, they have a nasty contract. Don't do business with them unless they do it without a contract. Or do it under a compnay with no assets that you don't care about. Their service is sketchy, and the inability to cancel will fustrate the shit out of you. They oversubscribe their towers from what i am being told. So even though i have found 2 companies that can fix my problem, i can;t switch. Basicaly, call wydebeam or spark plug first, then your last, last resort shoudl be phx internet. Cheers!
