| Nauticom Coverage Area Nauticom covers North Pittsburgh Telephone Company (NPTC), and Penn Telecom (PTI)
They are a Regional ISP with a very personal touch. They have reasonable rates for DSL, DS1, and Metro Ethernet options.
I'd say that if you are a Residential or business customer, and are in a Verizon Territory in the Greater PGH area, Nauticom deserves a good look. The uptime on my DSL lines are impressive! They really put Verizon to shame. | |
| | | Speedtest Hi, glad I found someone who uses Nauticom also. I am wondering what package you are signed up for and what the actual speed is you are to be getting.
I am suppose to be using the 3m but my connection I believe is well below what it is suppose to be. My upload speed is terrible, would you know what would cause this?

Saxonburg, PA | Re: Speedtest I had similar issue when I first sign up. I contact customer support. They send a guy out to test. The tech found a few problems between the house and there connection point.
The problem could also be the wiring in your house.
One thing I did was collect several speed tests over a period of time and ping a site like google over a period of time. To show that there was an issues.
My problem started out with everything fine some days and bad on others.
If you have not contact there support number do it. | |
