Read the reviews - stating they would work around Qwest.
Not at all. i was told bluntly if Qwest says no - then they'll say no.

I asked then about biz hook up - and then got alittle more answers - but certainly not enought to give them a thumbs up.

on how everything goes.

So far initial Customer Contact has been very positive.

Did take me a couple of calls to get a "living" person, but he seemed knowledgable and very friendly. "first contact = positive".

Will keep a running tab on installation and first impressions of support after.
