| | Avoid IDMI Avoid IDMI if at all possible. We have DSL through IDMI, and the service has been quite poor. The connection to the internet would go down regularly. After calling tech support a good number of times I was finally able to get through without a busy signal. They said that they were getting DoS attacks and were "working on it." I gave my email address to keep up on the status of things. Never heard back... what a surprise.
