They may have to replace your radio. No service is perfect but what is important is that they go out of their way to serve you. | |

As of right now i get not much speeds, 20k download tops and 50k upload. i called them and they are trying to figure it out what is the problem and seems like i just have a bad ass luck with it, they are saying that i am only one that have the problems. they swaped the radio and made worse i was getting better speeds with the old radio. i have no idea what is wrong anyone maybe can come up with something that will help us out | |

| Re: Mundelein Resident want Airlogic I don't live in your subdivision but I am pretty sure it is the same as mine. AirLogic is a pretty good service. It is definitely worth the cost. I don't have to work downtown as much and I save about 3.5 hours everyday and commuting expenses. The service is pretty reliable and the guys are helpful when I have a problem. I would rather pay the extra money, not to get AT&T. I hate those bastards. | |

| I live across the way in Ambria and have the service. Given the lack of Broadband options, AirLogic is worth it. It is quite reliable and very fast. Their support is helpful, and the install went ok. It helps to know what your are doing. I had to configure the network settings myself as the installer guys didn't know what they were doing.
Make sure you watch where they are running the cables on the outside of your house. They can be a bit sloppy. | |

| Anybody using Airlogic in Steeplechase? The title says it. I'm at Gilmer and Hawley in Mundelein and wanted to know if anyone nearby is using Airlogic. If so, what speeds are you getting? I saw an earlier note saying the tower would go up at Gilmer and Midlothian. Is that where it ended up? Thanx for any info you can offer. | |

The speed is really good and I don't mind paying the $65. The support team is really helpful and they taught me some new tricks. There tower is on the old Kruckenberg farm. I would reccomend AirLogic and their service. | |

| Excellent Service and speeds I live in Sandwich and my service to the Yorkville tower cant be better. My antenna is up 80' on my ham radio tower and ordered the business plan with 5000 down and 2000 up and it is excellent. $150.00 per month which is good for my business and I am even considering requesting 8000/4000 in the near future. No complaints here. I am in Linux heaven

| Unmatched Service And Speed....Excellent Service I have had several of airlogic's competitors internet service before I found out about airlogic. The others couldn't provide service for over half the time of the 2+ years I had the service.
Airlogic has been up and running with 0 problems, and at the speeds I am paying for. The ping time is 30-40 for internet games and it is just unreal. Service has been outstanding.
I called about a problem and it was fixed within minutes of the call. With the other providers, they would not even bother to answer a phone, and their service would be down for weeks at a time. I have had No Downtime with airlogic at all.
If you want hassle free internet that actually works all the time, go with Airlogic. I am very happy with this company | |
