Consistent Speeeeeeeeed & Quality

Ulink has managed our office network and provided Internet Bandwidth for several years now. Our network runs very smoothly. Live, real-time customer service every time we call. Easy to work with. Very few challenges and downtime. Excellent company. They make the competition look very, very bad.

The price is low to catch your eye, nothing else.

After doing some research on their site, I've realized that their advertised $11.95/month rate is only for the first 6 months. This is fine and dandy, but in order to get this rate, you must sign up for a year. After those first 6 months, the cost rockets up to $29.95/month. The cost for terminating your subscription early is $200.00. You end up paying an extra 10 bucks if you cancel after the 6 month period. In addition to this, you -have- to buy their installation kit in order to use the service. The least expensive kit is $69.95, and includes an ADSL modem, required cables, and 3 dsl filters. Barely worth it. I don't know firsthand what their steady download/upload speeds, but from a glance, I'd say to move to another provider.
