Does anyone know how to get in touch with technical support outside of business hours?
We have a few T1 lines in NE Texas, and one is serviced through Waymark. When the line goes down outside of 9-5 Central, there is no NOC number to call. If it's after hours, we're screwed until morning. If it's a weekend, we're dead in the water until Monday.
Sorry, that's not an acceptable support system for a business T1 line.
What's even more annoying is that their prices are actually higher than other, more reliable providers, so I know the long-term answer is to drop them.
In the mean time, if anyone can provide a phone # for someone in technical support or their "24/7 NOC", it would be very much appreciated. |
