BT 120-5861-003 DSL box problems!!!!

Please help.....I have a BT 120-5861-003 DSL box and cannot get Gphone2.0 IP to IP to work. I can make a call and be heard by my buddy but cannot receive a call from him. How do I unblock UDP 6701 on this router? I am also on a LAN, will this have an effect?
