| Consistantly losing connection.
I was just wondering if its was normal for air canopy's service to consistently go out...day after day in during afternoon/early evening hours. I don't think a single day has gone by since installation that i don't lose connection during the day, lucky to load a web page let alone play a game. But at night...had 3 people on BF2 and one person playing Halo2 and it was working fine... It's just during the day its unbearable. Curious as to if there really is a problem, or is this is just normal wireless headaches? | |

| Avoid this isp. If you are into constant disconnects go right ahead and sign up now. If you are into shitty technical support that uses people with half a brain sign up now. In the last 2 hours now i have been disconnected over 20 times. This company upgrades things constantly yet it never improves, but the bad thing about when they upgrade? they fuck something up again, and its shitty service until their next "upgrade". Dont even call their tech support, if you can even reach it, which is at like 8am-8:01am. If you do get ahold of it plan on just being told to reset your computer, and never have anything truly get fixed. Speeds nevertheless are ok here, but too bad its up time is more like 80% but we still pay 100%. | |

| aircanopy email They have provided our company wireless internet for 2 years with real good service.But their email provider Sucks!We have talked to their tec. department at least 5 times as how to stop the junk email.You have to go through alot of BS,take the time to write down all the email addresses,then put them on a black list.After all this wasted time,it does nothing. We still after all they say to do,get arounf 80 junk emails a day.Why can't they just give there email a filter like hot mail.Not a very good email server for a business | |

Don't use this company for anything, especially not phone service unless you enjoy dealing with constant problems and arrogant, self important managers who blame the entire problem on you. This company stole almost two hundred dollars from me while I never received one day of phone service and then blamed me for the whole problem and kept my money. A manager named Daniel, (who doesnt believe that any problems could occur on his watch, I guess he is the first perfect man)is the most unprofessional customer service rep I have ever talked to. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY, DON'T. IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE ALREADY MADE THE MISTAKE OS SIGNING UP FOR THEIR CRAPPY SERVICE, CANCEL. Just don't ask for Daniel when you do. | |

| interesting events when the service was aircanopy it was fine for me. solid network with consistent throughput. shortly after skybeam bought them out things started going downhill. should be easy for att or someone to come into the area and clean house. they will have customers dropping left and right. i know i am gone first chance i get unless things change. | |
