A hobby

For all the raves, CCL was apparently never a real business, just a hobby. Like many hobbies, it grew tiresome and customers were left to suffer.

CCL didn't have the class or professionalism to issue a notification that it would stop supporting its loyal customers. It just neglected them until, one by one, they defected.
