| | Texas wiFi is not customer motivated I was looking into options for Internet service for my home and business in Egan, TX. I contacted the phone company with no luck for dsl, I called HughsNet and Texas wifi. The gentleman at Texas wifi took my order and said they would be out Friday to survey my area and probably do the install if I was able to receive the signal. I took a day off work and waited all day, they never showed. I called the next Monday, talked with the same guy, he blamed the mis-hap on the field tech. Again we set up an appointment for Friday. Again I took a day off work and waited and they did not show again. I called Friday afternoon and spoke to the same guy. He was VERY rude and told me "I don't set the tech schedule or know what they do, I put the orders in and thats it". I asked when he thought they would make it out of if he knew if they would ever make it out. His response was a very rude "lets just say no, so when we don't show up you don't have a reason to get mad again". I told him how I felt about his poor attitude and poor customer service. I went with hughesnet needless to say, they are allot more money but its worth it to not have to deal with Texas WiFi. I would recommend not calling Texas wifi unless you like rude customer service and to deal with a company that may or may not show up to appointments. |
