 | Anon | 24x7 tech support here only for business While DSL reports says there is 24x7 support for Atlantech, it is only for mission critical and businesses. Residential support is 8 am to 7pm. While these hours are good for some, others may find it too restrictive. DSL Reports should state what conditions 24x7 support are given, and at least ask the provider. Being put on hold then having to go to an answering machine waiting for support to take place is not 24x7. When looking for a good provider, it is nice to know both the sales and support lines are indeed open and staffed 24 hours a day. Otherwise 24x7 is just a marketing gaff. | |

Through two different DSL installations, Atlantech has provided us with rock-solid reliability and bend-over-backward tech support. Just got off the phone with Dave in TS; he spent two hours walking me through a router reset, to fix a password that Covad had misconfigured. | |
|  | Anon | surfing in 30 minutes i was real happy with the way Atlantech Online organized the install of the DSL line at my apartment. COVAD showed up when they said they would, and i was surfing the web at high speed within 30 minutes of the installation person walking in my front door. | |
