Once again wave in sequim for last 3 months crappy

Every night from 5pm till midnight my speeds range from 3mbps to 10mbps if im lucky, been paying for 18mb down and 2 mb up. Why do i have to pay them money for a service I only get from 3am in the morning till early afternoon then they cant support the bandwidth im paying for, this is getting rediculous, I think we should start a class action lawsuit for false advertising..

I would like some dam compensation or a refund for the speed I DONT GET!

Last week I went into my local Astound/Wave office in Concord Ca to pick up a DVR and noticed a sign advertising 50mb/5mb coming soon.
I asked about pricing and when it would be offered? They didn't know.

For the past month my speeds have been really good during evening hours.
