| How to you know how many minutes you've used? Ok, folks said the phone portal is weak, but I didn't believe them.
I'm on the 250 minute plan. I see no way to determine how many minutes I've used. There does seem to be a listing of calls. If I could download that somehow I could total it up. But they do not do it.
Is there another way that I'm missing? How can they charge you based on a minute limit, and not have a way to determine how many minutes you've used? | |

| Unable to call issues I've been with Vonage for a year and never once have EVER had an issue making a call.
I've just submitted a port request to move to Quantum voice. Things had been working well until last night.
I noticed my router was acting funny in that my PC couldn't access the web.
Not very surprisingly, the phone adapter wasn't working either. When I'd pick up the phone there was nothing. No dial tone, no error message.
However, I then rehooked up the Vonage phone adapter and I was instantly able to make calls.
A while later I was able to surf the web again on my PC and the PAP2 phone adapter configured for Quantum Voice started working again.
Why did Vonage work and Quantum Voice wouldn't? Was it a DNS issue? Does Vonage access the network via an IP address and not a hostname?
Any ideas? | |

| Another call issue with Quantum Voice We use our phone very little. Mostly for critical work conference calls to toll free numbers.
It MUST work and work well when I need it.
Today I go to call in, I get a dial tone, dial the number. I get a fast busy. What does that mean?
I rehook up by Vonage phone adapter and it is able to successfully make the call. I switch back to Quantum Voice, still get a fast busy.
I had to use Vonage for the call. After the call I tried Quantum Voice and it was able to make the call then. I didn't need it then.
Any idea what happened? | |
