What do you guys think of your InPhonex?

I'm working on a review of my InPhonex experience and I was wondering how many other customers are out there.. Without giving it all away I'm very pleased with my Inphonex experience so far and I'm looking forward to a very good relationship with them.

Horrible Service

Hello,

I signed up for Inphonex just over a week ago and have had nothing but horrible service. It was working perfect for the first 2 days, then it's all down hill from there. I signed up for the Toll Free Unlimited plan. After it workings fine for 2 days, people from Canada calling the number would get either a busy signal, an all circuits are busy, number not in service, or now, all the time "your call cannot be completed as dialed" I have emailed them numerous times, they take forever to reply and even though i state it used to work just fine, and now people in Canada cannot call me, they respond saying "everything is working fine from USA numbers" and about 4 other emails saying "try it now, it should work" which makes me think they are just clicking buttons hoping for something to work. Anyone else having issues like this with them? It's getting ridiculous now. I'm paying for service I can't even receive.

That problem was probably caused by theer Toll Free number partner. It happened to my service too but now it seems to be working fine.

Could the custormer service be worse

I call the help line - it's sole purpose seems to be to tell customers not to call the help line. It does tell you to send an email to support@inphonex.com. I sent an email there and received an autoreply telling me that this was no way to go about getting service, that I should search for the correct link on the website instead. Found the link and resubmitted, they issued me a second ticket number, ignored all the information I provided them regarding my problem. I haven't heard from them since.
