 | | Hotwire Blows Do you enjoy watching videos or playing games online? If so, stay away from Hotwire. During nonpeak times I speeds of 100-200 kbps which drops down to such a low point that I won't be able to access the site which tests my speeds. Even checking my e-mail takes 4-5 times of refreshing and then 3-4 minutes of load time. Their customer service is horrid - don't expect them to do anything or be helpful - they'll hang up on you as soon as you start complaining.
This company should burn to the ground. | |

Where do I begin? Horrible, horrible company. They provide the cable and internet in my building. If I would have known that Hotwire was the cable company, I never would have purchased this condo.
Dumb things that you may overlook when buying a condo: check the water pressure in the shower before you buy. CHECK THE CABLE COMPANY BEFORE YOU BUY!.
I feel so stupid now. No way I would have bought this place if I knew they were the cable and internet company. I have tremendous buyers remorse. Beware of Hotwire. | |

| | Hotwire Communications is the absolute worse If you live in Kardon/Atlantic, a Philadelphia Mgmt building, you are getting screwed. After numerous complaints of poor service to no service Hotwire did something about the internet service. We went from paying about &30/ month for internet access to paying $25 per person in the apt. for one computer and $6/ month additional for anything you use that has a MAC address ( additional computer, X-Box, PS3, etc.) My roommate and I now are going to pay $68 for the ability to have the same service we had for 2 years for $30. They went to an all wireless network in our building instead of fixing their existing problems and are trying to charge us almost double our original costs. If their service didn't work before do you really think we'll have better or even just have service now. Philadelphia Mgmt. has totally ripped off the people living in their buildings and if you are looking for a place to live try somewhere else. | |

| | Hotwire Communication is the worse internet provider My internet have been down for last three days and i called hotwire atleast 6 or 7 times still no show.
I work from home and now i have no work for last three days.
And now i am trying to cancel and still getting a run around.

| | Avery I had a bad weekend.my system keeped going off and on.I called steve from hotwire he never returned my calls after he told me if theres ever any issue to call him,again he never called .If Roy was here he would always call and come resolve any issue.I think I will call TW.I cant work with hotwire without Roy. | |
