Bandwidth.com Buyer Beware

They made promises they were unable to keep. They told me if I sign a new contract they would be able too. We They should be avoided at all cost or be aware you will have issues........

Ad Here on DSL Reports Looks Like a SCAM?

Under search for ISP, if you select T1 the only option is Bandwidth.com. There is a box to fill out to request quotes where it says: "fill out this form and bandwidth.com will listen to your needs and contact ALL the carriers to get you competitive quotes (including local loops) fast."
Well, I tried it but that never happened!
On the 'No Obligation Bandwidth Quote' it says "Receive a response within 5 minutes" and shows icons for different companies like Covad, Level 3, etc. as though someone who submits a request for a quote will be getting quotes from those companies but that never happened either! All I got was an email the next day wanting me to call them.
It also says T1 pricing starting at $200 but I don't believe it!
I think this is just a SCAM!
Has anyone ever been able to get quotes from them?
