Been with eatel since they starting testing internet. I've never had any major problems - not even during hurricanes...
I wasn't getting the advertisied upload speeds and eatel quickly confirmed my router was to blame - 1 quick change and I get 25Mb down and 5Mb up consistantly. Would love to go to the 60Mb down 15Mb up service - but I don't feel it warrants $42.00 more per month....
