| Slow edge speeds? A few of us have noticed since they started giving away the internet for free, the speeds have dropped a lot. I used to get 175-200kbps and the best i can get now is 60-70kbps. Anybody else? (from here)
I know that this forum isn't one of the more popular ones, but i figure why not see what happens.

| | | Re: 3G for T-Mobile? Good thing i searched I was gonna ask that too. From news 1 - 2 years ago, it should have rolled out by now. Maybe a new years/Christmas surprise? I would hope so, we've had T-Mo now for almost 8 years. I love them, but they are getting behind the times, their handset line is getting better though. Next month I'm available for an upgrade, but I'm curious to see if I should wait. We have their wireless internet service, and yea GPRS/EDGE sucks but I don't see Verizon's internet service lasting all the way from Chicago to Cimarron, NM while driving. Same with their service, I always get it, unlike my friend with Verizon. I got service up in the mountains, the Sangre de Cristo to be exact. I dunno, if T-Mo doesn't offer 3G soon, I might contemplate going somewhere else. | |

kudos:4 | I read somewhere that they are selling a 3g samsung phone in nyc. The network isn't launched but the phone is capable.
