I am 5 Km from the exchange so my max download is calculated to be 2.2MBits but at best get 1.8MBits but this seems to be dependent on the dynamic IP - i.e. 78.149.113.137 is very sloooww as is anything beginning 78.149 or 78.146 I keep forcing an IP change via the router to get a better speed i.e. 240.xx or 241.xx or 242.xx seem OK and get average 1.4Mbits.
I would give the service 6/10 mainly because the upload is good at 320KBits average.
