Was looking around for another DSL providor, hooked up with Onepine back in November, since then I have had very little down time, and using DSL Reports tweaking tools, now able to get 700 to 800 downloads and 200 to 300 uploads. Service has been available, and only took three weeks from order to installation. Includes static IP address, email box, news servers. Pay 59.99 a month.
