    Customer service

    The customer service is now going down hill. They said they would call me back to address poor connection issues and it has been a week and a half and still no call.

    Garbage internet

    My God this internet could not be any worse. I live in an incredibly overpriced apartment complex for college students. This is the internet that comes with it. Please avoid this internet at all costs, have no idea how they are still in business.

    Wavelength is horrible

    They provide a "free" account thats about as fast as dialup. To get anything better you have to purchase a plan.

    I got the 2Mb up and down....well its down more than up. It disconnects every 5 minutes and requires another 5 to restart.High packet loss, low download speed, all the bandwidth is a lie.

    Check the speed on a bandwidth test online and it shows that you have the "Jesus" of internet...

    Im not the only only one with this problem. My roommates and the rest of my apartment complex has the same problem. I have had this problem for 4 months customer service tells me to run my antivirus applications, make sure my cables are connected...and other ** answers
