Charter Phone Fees

Just got the first Charter Phone bill. $29.99 for basic service. And extra $20.97 in taxes and fees tacked on. True cost is over $50 dollars. I wish they would have been more upfront with the true cost when I signed on. Feeling a bit deceived. UW System surcharge? Never heard of it until the bill came. Same with several others...
