There was a bit of a problem getting my account setup - I had to go through PayPay's Resolution Center. Like a dummy, I trusted the honesty of the company and dropped the dispute on March 2nd, after GTVI called me and said my account was setup. After using 21 hours 33 minutes and 42 seconds of the service over 6 days - my account was mysteriously suspended and was never restored!
I tried calling them but there was no answer so I resorted to sending numerous e-mails and filing trouble tickets in the secure area of My Account page. To this day there are still 5 unanswered trouble tickets and not even one reply to any e-mails sent to them! The only things I actually received for my $21.46 were the 21 hours 33 minutes and 42 seconds of online time and the "lifetime" e-mail account which I'm actually afraid to depend on because it could disappear without warning or reason - just like my dialup access and hosting.
