Company hasn't provided a single say of full service yet so not sure if TeleFogg will make it on the charts of sustaining ongoing business just yet.

| | Teleblend Service STILL Not Working Signed up on 8/1 and still can not receive or make phone calls. Opened a ticket two days ago and still no response. My wife and I have tried calling several times but everyone else must be pissed off too .... you simply can not speak to a human no matter how long you wait. Sent an email today indicating that if service is not up and running perfectly today then I will cancel account and I want a refund since no services were ever rendered as the contract stipulates. Stay away from this company at all costs. | |

| | | Re: Teleblend Service STILL Not Working Hey I am having the same issue..they took my cash back on the 07/31/07 & my service has sucked..I really have had no service since I signed up..calling out is speratic if any, receiving calls is the same..I have called numerous times & waited long periods of time. Then when I get someone alls they want to do is create a trouble ticket(I have like 10 now). I just went up & changed my billing to email & mail format not automatic so they can not get more money from me. I also will be in touch with my credit card company to ge tmy original money back if they do not do something soon..I feel your pain. ..good luck... | |
|
| | | | Re: Teleblend Service STILL Not Working I too could not get any response from them whatsoever. I finally disputed the charge on my CC and got my money back last week. I also cancelled and re-issued the credit card that Teleblend has because I think they have their heads so far up their butt that even if you turn off the auto bill I bet they will charge their card anyway. They have no idea what is going on. I sent them a "ticket" to cancel service and notified them that I was disputing the charge and never heard back. They haven't disconnected the service either because they don't know what they are doing. So I guess I have a free phone (well a free phone that works every 3rd tuesday when the moon is full) Good luck all and STAY AWAY from teleblend!!!! | |

| | Teleblend has thieves in the company! Shortly after I signed up with Teleblend, a couple of my friends did the same. All of us has had our credit card numbers stolen and used for outlandish internet services. I sent an email to them to see what their response would be after filing a police report. Teleblend's support emailed me telling me that it sounded like I had spyware on my computer and I needed a tech to look at my machine. I am a tech, the morons!
I would beware of using any card with Teleblend!

| | | Re: Teleblend has thieves in the company! First of all, I'm jealous that you received an e-mail reply from them at all. I have submitted a dozen support tickets, and have yet to hear back from something other than an autoresponse.
I noticed that TB's web site didn't have SSL for their credit card processing page for the first couple weeks that it was up. It appears there was a scripting error with the credit card processing routine too. All this seems to have since been fixed.
Within the 200,000 people bailing from SR, there's bound to be a couple who know enough to cause some havoc on an unsecured Web site like that.

| | The audacity of TeleBlend! I just got my credit card bill. On it was a TeleBlend charge for November! I switched my service in October after giving them more than enough chances. I was a happy SunRocket customer until August. So I called TeleBlend today to ask about the charge. Talk to a person by the name of "Jason". He said that since "I" didn't notify them (my current provider did as part of the changeover), I needed to pay the bill! But, he said, the good news is that I won't have to pay the December bill! This is the same company that NEVER, EVER answered my previous phone calls nor all of the email I sent them complaining about the service!
You can bet the TeleBlend will never see another cent from me. I've already called my credit card company about the charge. No problem, they said. It sounded like they were more than just a little familiar with this TeleBlend tactic. If you decide to go with TeleBlend after reading this, I feel sorry for you.
Mike T.
PS. Hey, Jason. If I were you, I'd be looking for another job because I don't think your present employer is going to be around much longer.

| | Teleblend Inbound calls issue
Teleblend reports on their website that they had an issue Thursday and Friday of last week with inbound calls.
I still cannot receive any inbound calls. It has been down for a week now. Callers get the message "the number you have dialed is not in service" I can make out bound calls just fine. I worked with Jason the other night for over an hour but he was no help. I kept telling him they had an inbound call issue. They even said so in an email to me when I enquired via email.
Last night I was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes waiting for their tech support again. All I got was their calling tree and on hold music.
I just called back and have been on hold for almost an hour.
Does anyone have any comments questions, backdoors, other numbers, etc? I need a phone that works... both ways IN and OUT... My frustration level is off the charts...
This is as bad as the Sunrocket fiasco...
Have they shut the doors? Are they still in operation? Any info would be appreciated!

| | | Re: Teleblend Inbound calls issue We are having the same issue... at first, we thought a cable issue when we did not have a dial tone and our router was causing us a problem getting the internet, but then discovered that people could not reach uson the VoIP and started calling our cell phone (thankfully we have them).
We decided not to waste our time on the Teleblend "customer (dis)service line" this time and already asked Vonage the transfer the number.
I had expected to see more out her in cyberspace about this issue, but I suspect there are sooo few of us customers that it's not really "that big a deal". On a positive note, they have failed to bill us the last few months, so it's not like we're paying for this now... (as we did with SunRocket).
I did try to log in today to teleblend.net and it just said "account closed" -- have you checked your account? Perhaps they simply closed you, too, without letting you know?
|
| | | I'm experiencing problems as of last night. I get no dial tone. If I call in, I get the recorded message that my number has been disconnected. Anyone know if there's an outage in the Fremont, CA area? My dad's service is still working in San Leandro, CA...20 miles away.
I tried to log into the gizmo, but it wasn't recognizing 192.168.251.1 Is there a reset button on the gizmo?

| SE @pacbell.net | We've no phone service for over a week and tried calling and were on hold for over 3 hours with no responses. No responses to any of our trouble tickets. Something is happening to this company!! | |
|
| | | | Re: Teleblend Inbound calls issue It's happening to me now. No inbound calls. Two hours on the phone with an idiot who told me my firewall was the problem. It wasn't. They told me I could set call forwarding on my old sunrocket login. I couldn't. Can't turn off autopay. They have my number. Telebelnd is my worst nightmare. | |
